Create Order Returns

Facilitates users to create returns at the selected facility with reason of return.

Usage:

• Input Order ID or Customer names in the search field.

• Allows to select facility, return type and return reason from the respective dropdowns.

• Allows users to select all or individual line items and Create Return.

Note:

• Return can be created only for Completed Orders.

• Entering Employee Id helps in managing commission against processed return.
