Any data updation can be done by uploading CSV files in a predefined format from the EXIM page.

Additionally, users have the flexibility to export data in bulk for internal reference or auditing purposes.

This document outlines a step-by-step process to export or upload a CSV to update any data in the HotWax Commerce OMS.

Usage:

• Import data into the Order Management System (OMS) from the Master Data Management (MDM) system's EXIM page using specified CSV files formatted as indicated.

• Export data from OMS through the EXIM page's Export section using designated CSVs and receive the data in a predefined format.
