Create and Update Store Employee

Facilitate users to create and update store employees, employee roles and facility association to perform operations within HotWax Commerce Application suite.

Usage:

• Download sample file and input required data in the given fields in predefined format.

• Upload the updated CSV file to create or update employee details in OMS, under Relationship menu.

• Check the status is updated as Finished in the Result Section.

Store-Id	HotWax Commerce store identification value Note: The company’s store identification value with which the employee is associated.	Mandatory
Party-Id	HotWax Commerce employee identification value	Optional
Party-External-Id	Employee identification in external system	Mandatory
Is-Active-User	User status	Mandatory
User-Login-Id	User login for HotWax Commerce application Note: User login once created cannot be edited.	Mandatory
Password	User password login any HotWax Commerce application	Mandatory
Role-Type-Id	Role identification type identification value. Note: This is required to set permissions and restrictions for employees to access any HotWax Commerce application	Mandatory
