Sales Return View Page
Displays sales return overview, customer details, return status, item details, amount & return related references & communications.
Allows users to view return status transition & updated returned quantity.
Key Characteristics:
1. Sales Return Overview: Displays customer name, status, created date and the return total amount.
2. References and Communication Events: Displays all the happening events while the item return process and enables users to navigate to the respective sales return shipment view pages for quick reference.
3. Item Details: Displays the return status and the return reason with individual item specifications, returned quantity, prices and Item status.
4. Split Items: HotWax Commerce allows to split multi item order and manage individual returned items.
5. Quick access to Inventory: Enables users to navigate to the product inventory page to refer to the item inventory.
6. View History: Enables users to view history of the status transition in the overview section.
7. Manage returns: Allows users to Accept, Reject, or Cancel entire Return or individual items.
