Sales Order View Page

Displays sales order’s overview, payment status, item details and order related references and communications.

Allows users to view order status transition, update shipping address, review and edit allocations.

Key Characteristics:

1. Sales Order Overview: Displays order status, created date and the order total amount.

2. Payment Preferences: Helps users to view payment mode and payment status for the order.

3. Timeline: Helps users to have a quick overview of order transitions dates from created to completed status.

4. References and Communication Events: Displays all the events happening while order fulfillment processes and enables users to navigate to respective view pages for quick reference.

5. Item Details: Displays To and from information with individual product specifications, ordered quantity, respective prices and Item status. Also displays tracking information for completed orders.

6. Split Orders: HotWax Commerce allows to split and broker items as per the inventory availability and enable users to manage order release.

7. Allocations: The order items are listed in an exploded pattern enabling users to view individual ship groups with distinct Facility Allocations. Facilitates users to see unbrokered order items as parked in the Brokering queue or in Preorder or Backorder parking. Allows users to view item status and review auto-cancelation dates for unfillable orders and expected inventory arrival dates on preorders.

8. Quick access to Inventory: Enables users to navigate to the product inventory page to refer to the item inventory.

9. View History: Enables users to view history of the status transition, brokering progression and any changes applied on arrival dates or auto-cancelation dates.

10. Reject, Release or Ship: Allows users to Reject, Release or Ship individual orders.

11. Easy Navigation to eCom portal: Allows users to view order identifications and quick navigation to view sales order pages on eCom portal.
