Cancel Sales Orders Items

Allow users to bulk cancel sales orders in HotWax Commerce.

Orders are generally cancelled if upcoming inventory is no longer expected.

Only the order manager is able to perform bulk order cancellation.

MDM stands for Master Data Manager.

EXIM stands for Export Import.

To cancel sales order items in bulk:

1. Navigate to: Hamburger Menu > MDM > EXIM > Imports > Order management > Cancel sales order items.

2. Download the sample template CSV and fill it out with the required details.

3. Click Choose file and select the CSV from your system.

4. Click Upload.

5. Check the status is updated as Finished in the Result Section.

To verify the uploaded data:

1. Pick a random data from the uploaded CSV.

2. Navigate to: Hamburger Menu > Find Orders Page.

3. Search the data.

4. Verify the status.

Reason field accepts reasonId in value.
