This document outlines a step-by-step process to manage the order's auto-cancel dates in the HotWax Commerce Order management system.
Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Order.
Select the required order and go to the Sales Order View page.
Go to the Item section and click on the edit function next to the auto-cancel date.
Update the date from the Calendar
Click on Save function to save changes.
Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Order.
Select the required order and go to the Sales Order View page.
Go to the Item Section and click on the edit function next to the auto-cancel date.
Click on the delete icon to remove the auto cancel date.
Click on Save function to save changes.
