Edit Promise Dates on Presell Orders

Enables users to edit the promise date or auto-canceled date using the edit function.

This document outlines a step-by-step process to update shipping date of the sales order in the HotWax Commerce Order management system.

Date will be changed only for the selected line item.

To update dates in bulk use CSV import in the EXIM menu.

1. Go to the Hamburger Menu in the OMS > Order Management section > Click Sales Orders to open the Find Sales Order page.

2. Select the order to open the View Sales Order page.

3. Go to the Item section

4. Select the line item you want to change date for.

5. Click the Edit function.

6. Select the required date from the Calendar and save changes.

7. Click the Order item change history function to view the changes.
