Cancel Sales Order Items

Cancel sales order items from a single order in case inability to fulfil those items.

This document outlines a step-by-step process to cancel sales order item in the HotWax Commerce Order management system.

1. Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Orders.

2. Select order to open the View Sales Order page.

3. Go to the Item section.

4. Click the Edit Items function.

5. Click the Delete function for the respective line item/s.

6. Click the Save function.
