View Sales Return Shipment

Allows users to view the Sales Return Shipment information in the reference section.

This document outlines a step-by-step process to view sales return shipments in the OMS.

Reference section will reflect only for Authorized returns.

All return shipments will be listed in the reference section if returned individually.

1. Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Return page to view all sales returns in OMS.

2. Search Return by Return id, Customer name or keyword.

3. Click the return to go to view return.

4. Go to the Reference section.

5. View the return shipment details.

6. Click Id to navigate to view Return Shipment details.
