HotWax Commerce introduced tailored rebrokering guidelines to omit certain facility types, alongside a fresh 'Unfillable Hold Parking' feature for storing unfulfillable orders with upcoming.
Order Management System
1. Orders: View Fulfillment History
Merchants can now view order item fulfillment history on the Order View page to ensure that order fulfillment status updates are pushed to the external e-commerce system.
2. Orders: Customize Rebrokering Rules
Retailers can now customize rebrokering rules to exclude specific facility types.
3. Products: Improved Product Synchronization
Improved HotWax Commerce - Shopify product synchronization process to ensure products that are deleted and recreated under a new parent product in Shopify will now be correctly linked to the new parent product in HotWax Commerce.
4. Inventory: Unfillable Hold Parking
Introduced a new parking queue called "unfillable hold parking” to park orders that cannot be fulfilled immediately however they can be fulfilled at a future date.
Applications
1. BOPIS: Handling Instructions
Store associates can now view handling instructions with orders to prepare orders as per customers’ special requests.
