In January, HotWax Commerce introduced the Facility Groups page and the Order Routing App as part of its updates.
Order Management System
1. Inventory: Manage Multiple ATP Inventories for Channels
Retailers can now have multiple "ATP" inventories, one for each channel.
2. Product Store: Introducing Create Product Store Page
Introducing Create Product Store Page for retailers to add new product stores and define product store settings without any external support.
Applications
1. Fulfillment: Bundle Product Fulfillment
Store associates can now easily distinguish bundle products and identify the constituent items that make up each bundle.
2. Fulfillment: View Unshipped Orders at Top of the Page
Store associates will now find packed, but not shipped orders displayed at the top of the completed orders page, enabling quick differentiation from shipped orders.
3. Receiving: Receive Products Through UPCA and ERP ID
Store associates can now receive products through UPCA and ERP ID, allowing for receiving through a wide range of identifiers.
4. Users: User Profile Settings Card
Logged-in users now appear at the top of the find user page for quick access to the user detail page which now includes a settings card for profile customization.
5. Users: Integration Access Template
Added an “Integration Access” template in the app to manage integrations between HotWax Commerce and external systems. Retailers can quickly create virtual users with the integration role to manage API calls between systems.
6. Facility: Rename Facilities
Users can now rename facility names from the facility detail page for enhanced accuracy.
7. Facility: Introducing Facility Groups Page
Added Facility Groups page for retailers to add facilities in various groups to manage the scope of facilities for online order fulfillment and inventory computation.
8. Facility: Change Facility Type
Users can now change the facility type of a facility from the facility details page to provide flexibility and accommodate changes in business requirements.
9. Facility: Manage External ID
Users can now view the external ID of a facility on the Facility details page for easy identification on the external systems.
10. Facility: Facility Logins
Facility logins can now be generated either directly from the facility details page or through the user management app. Allowing multiple individuals working at the facility to utilize the same login credentials.
11. Facility: Find Facilities Associated With a Group
Users can now find which facilities are associated with a specific group by clicking on the facility items of the group.
12. Facility: Manage Individual Facility Groups
Users can now view and manage the facility groups associated with a specific facility directly from the facility detail page.
13. Facility: Facility Participation
Retailers can now manage whether a facility will participate in inventory computation for a channel from the facility detail page.
14. Order Routing App: Introducing Order Routing App
Introducing Order Routing App for retailers to manage their order brokering rules and configure rules as per their business requirements.
