Manage Auto-Cancel Date

Modify or remove auto-cancel dates from orders if they are no longer eligible for cancellation following unfulfillment.

This document outlines a step-by-step process to manage the order's auto-cancel dates in the HotWax Commerce Order management system.

Update Auto-cancel Date on single order

  1. Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Order.

  2. Select the required order and go to the Sales Order View page.

  3. Go to the Item section and click on the edit function next to the auto-cancel date.

  4. Update the date from the Calendar

  5. Click on Save function to save changes.

Remove Auto-cancel Date from single order

  1. Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Order.

  2. Select the required order and go to the Sales Order View page.

  3. Go to the Item Section and click on the edit function next to the auto-cancel date.

  4. Click on the delete icon to remove the auto cancel date.

  5. Click on Save function to save changes.
