Cancel Sales Order Items
Cancel sales order items from a single order in case inability to fulfil those items.
This document outlines a step-by-step process to cancel sales order item in the HotWax Commerce Order management system.
Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Orders.
Select order to open the View Sales Order page.
Go to the Item section.
Click the Edit Items function.
Click the Delete function for the respective line item/s.
Click the Save function.
