Usage

  • Select the issue for rejection from the popover.

  • Selecting a specific issue for rejection triggers distinct inventory responses within OMS.

Rejection Reasons and their Inventory Impact

NOT IN STOCK

Items are out of stock or exhausted at the store.

Impact on Inventory

  • ATP (Available to Promise) and QOH (Quantity on Hand) are set to 0 for that product for that store.

  • All orders with respective items are auto-rejected from the store.

MISMATCH

Item size or color mismatch.

Impact on Inventory

  • ATP is decreased by the said quantity.

  • QOH is reduced by the same quantity.

DAMAGE

Items found as damaged.

Impact on Inventory

  • ATP is decreased by the said quantity.

  • QOH remains the same.

WORN DISPLAY

Item on display is worn.

Impact on Inventory:

  • ATP is decreased by the said quantity.

  • QOH remains the same.
