Once the orders are moved to the In-Progress tab, HotWax Commerce informs the carrier party to initiate the process of generating shipping labels.

Once the orders are moved to the In-Progress tab, HotWax Commerce informs the carrier party to initiate the process of generating shipping labels.

Search and select orders to generate shipping label.
Click on the Pack function to generate shipping label for a single order.
Print Shipping Label and Other Document function to generate shipping labels in bulk for processing.
Note: HotWax Commerce has no control over the response time from the carrier party. The Retry function will be visible for orders facing label delays or issues.
For document generation, the app opens a new tab. Ensure that the Pop-Up blocker is disabled to allow seamless access. Once all the orders are packed, they will automatically move to the Completed Tab for convenient order management.
