Discover how Frank and Oak empowers customer service representatives to efficiently access and view inventory within the OMS.

Frank and Oak requested that their CSR users also be able to find and view inventory in the OMS. While CSR can view inventory for an order item when they use the "Relese Item" function, CSRs shouldn't be restricted to just viewing inventory from an order item.
