Discover how Frank and Oak stores Shopify customer IDs in NetSuite and manages historical customer data for seamless integration between the two platforms.

Because Frank and Oak was not using Celigo before to integrate Shopify and NetSuite, the Shopify customer ID is not saved in the same feild as most other NetSuite + Shopify retailers. Instead the Shopify customer ID is store in this NetSuite field:
