Cancel Return

Allows users to cancel the Return order from the Status section.

This document outlines a step-by-step process for cancelling returns in the OMS.

Only Authorized orders can be cancelled.

Entire return will get canceled from Status dropdown and only the selected items will be canceled from item section.

  1. Go to the Hamburger Menu > Order Management > Sales Return page to view all sales returns in OMS.

  2. Search Return by Return id, Customer name or keyword.

  3. Click the return to go to view return.

  4. Click the Status dropdown to Cancel the entire Return.

  5. OR go to the item section, select the item and click the Cancel function to cancel the selected item.
