Reset your HotWax Commerce OMS password.

This document outlines a step by step process to reset password from the Login page

Step 1: Initiate Password Reset

a. Open the HotWax Commerce OMS Login page.

b. Locate and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link.

Step 2: Provide Email Address

a. Enter the email address associated with your HotWax Commerce OMS account.

b. Click the "Submit" button.

Step 3: Check Email for Reset Link

a. Open the email sent to your registered email address from HotWax Commerce OMS.

b. Locate the link labeled "Set Password."

Step 4: Create New Password

a. Click the "Set Password" link in the email.

b. Enter your new desired password in the "New Password" field.

c. Re-enter the same new password in the "Confirm Password" field.

d. Click the "Reset Password" button.

Step 5: Log In with a New Password:

a. Return to the HotWax Commerce OMS Login page.

b. Enter your username and the newly created password.

c. Click the "Login" button to access your HotWax Commerce OMS account.
