Create Employee Login

Create login credentials for employees to access HotWax Commerce application suite.

This document outlines a step-by-step process for creating employee login in the OMS.

Password assigned here will need to be reset at first login for security.

Pickers do not require login credentials for any application since their tasks do not involve accessing any application.

  1. Go to Hamburger Menu in OMS > Relationship > Employee.

  2. Search employee and navigate to profile page.

  3. Go to the User Login and Permissions section.

  4. Click the add function to create credentials.

  5. Enter the set of credentials and confirm.

After setting up the login credentials, make sure to link users to the appropriate facility. If a user isn't linked to a facility, they won't be able to use any application to do their tasks.
