Key characteristics:

1. Configure Picker Assignment & Tracking: Empower users to assign and monitor pickers responsible for fulfilling orders.

2. Document Management: Allow users with to customize their order fulfillment process by choosing to print packing slips with their orders.

3. Configure Delivery Orders Fulfillment: Enable users to handle the entire delivery orders fulfillment process, encompassing "Pick-Pack-Ship" for delivery orders alongside BOPIS orders.

4. Fulfillment Re-routing: Give users the ability to easily re-route BOPIS orders based on customer preferences, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric fulfillment experience when orders are rejected from the store.
