Reject Orders

Allows users to choose reasons for rejection, enabling clear communication and efficient issue tracking for rejected orders.

Usage

  • Select the order.

  • Select the issue for rejection from the dropdown.

    a. Not in Stock

    Items are out of stock or exhausted at the store.

    Impact on Inventory

    • ATP (Available to Promise) and QOH (Quantity on Hand) are set to 0 for that product for that store.

    • All orders with respective items are auto-rejected from the store.

    b. No Reason

    There is no specific reason for rejection.

    Impact on Inventory

    • ATP is increased by the same quantity.

    • QOH is increased by the same quantity.

Note: Selecting a specific issue for rejection triggers distinct inventory responses within OMS.
