This document focuses on managing incoming shipments, purchase orders, and return orders through the Receiving app.

Characteristics
Shipments List: The page shows a list of shipments that has a status, a unique identifier, and quantity.
Functions
a. Search a Shipment
Search for a shipment using its Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) to view the required shipment.
b. Load More Shipments
View extended shipments lists.
The Shipment Details page provides a detailed view of the selected shipment.
Characteristics:
Shipment Information: The page shows the products that are part of the shipment, also providing attributes such as the order ID, tracking ID, shipment ID, item specifications, location ID, and item quantity.
Functions
a. Search shipment item
Shipment products can be searched by unique identifiers.
b. Scan
Built-in scanner to scan products to search the shipment items.
c.Add shipment item
Add an item to the incoming shipment at the time of receiving.
d. Receive all items
Receive all the quantity of an item at once.
e. Locations
Shows the product's location in the facility.
f. Enter quantity
Manually enter the quantity of the item received.
f. Complete
Complete the shipment receiving process.

Purchase Orders (PO) page enables processing and receiving of incoming purchase orders.
Characteristics:
Only purchase orders with approved status are processed further in the OMS.
Purchase Order Information: Each purchase order has an unique identifier, date, and status. The status of a purchase order can be either 'Created' or 'Approved'.a. Created: PO is prepared and pending for approval. b. Approved: PO is approved and awaiting inventory.
Functions:
a. Search purchase order
Search for a purchase order by unique identifier.
b. Load more purchase orders
View extended lists of purchase orders.
Purchase order details page provides users with detailed information about a specific purchase order.
Characteristics:
PO Comprehensive Details: The user can see the details of a specific purchase order, including the purchase order number, date, status, and product image.
Functions:
a. Search items
Search purchase order items by unique identifier.
b. Scan
Scan product’s code to search the purchase order items.
c. Copy purchase order ID Quickly copy purchase order ID with just one click to communicate externally.
d. Receiving history
Comprehensive details of all the Purchase Orders received.
e. Add a product
Add an product to the purchase order at the time of receiving.
f. Receive all
Receive all the quantity of an item at once.
g. Location
The exact location where the purchase order is going to be received in the facility.
h. Purchase order item history
View the receiving history of a dedicated purchase order item.
i. Input quantity
Input the quantity of the item received in a purchase order.
j. Save function
Once the purchase order quantity has been received, complete the purchase order receiving process.

Characteristics:
Returns Information: The Returns Page categorizes returns into three distinct categories:
Created
Received
Canceled
Find information about the product that is being returned.
Return Order Information: The page shows the details of a specific return, including the return order ID, tracking number, status, date, and quantity.

a. Search items
Returns can be searched by unique identifiers.
b. Scan
Scan to search the return item
c. Receive all
Receive all the quantity of an item at once.
d. Location
Specific location where the return is being received in the facility.
i. Input quantity
Input the quantity of the item received in a return.
j. Save function
Once the return quantity has been received, complete the return-receiving process.
