Bulk Order Rejection

To ease the rejection process, the HotWax Commerce Fulfillment app allows stores to reject all outstanding and in-progress orders at once from the Admin Panel.

This document outlines the process to reject orders in bulk. Follow these instructions for bulk order rejection:

Reject Outstanding Orders

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
2. In the Fulfillment section, click on 'Recycle Outstanding Orders'.
3. All outstanding orders will be rejected and removed from the Open Orders page.

1. Navigate to the Admin Panel.
2. In the Fulfillment section, click on 'Recycle In Progress Orders'.
3. All in-progress orders will be rejected and removed from the In-Progress page.
