Unlock Orders

Items are automatically moved to the Completed tab after packing. HotWax Commerce allows users to unpack orders to rectify any incorrect boxes or items.

This document provides instructions to unlock orders from the Completed Tab:

1. Go to the Completed page.
2. Search for the desired order.
3. Click the Unlock function.
4. Confirm by selecting Yes to unlock the order.

5. Orders will move to the In-Progress page for repacking.

Note: Shipped orders can not be unlocked.
