Bulk Order Fulfillment

The orders routed to stores are fulfilled using the HotWax Commerce Store Fulfillment app which facilitates users to pick, pack and ship orders.

This document outlines a step-by-step process for fulfilling orders in bulk from the Store fulfillment app. Follow these instructions for bulk order processing.

Pick order

1. Go to the Open Orders page.
2. Use product name, product SKU, or Shipping Method filters to search for specific orders in the desired ship group.

3. Click the Print Picksheet function to generate and print the picksheet.
4. In the Add Picker dialog box, enter the Picker Name or Employee Id to assign a picker.
5. Access the "Print Picksheet" function again to obtain the picksheet in PDF format for reference during order picking.

Pack Orders:

1. Go to the In-Progress page.
2. Click Print Shipping Labels and Other Documents (all displayed orders are selected by default).
3. Confirm by clicking the Print function.

Note: Bulk Packing slips and Shipping labels will be generated in a new tab.

Ship order

1. Go to the Completed tab.
2. Access the Ship Orders function at the top to mark the orders as shipped in bulk.

Note: By default, all displayed orders will be marked as shipped.
