This document outlines a step-by-step process to view recently removed products in categories in OMS:

All active and inactive products that existed in the category will be listed when including old products.

Go to the Hamburger Menu > PIM > Categories.
Search and select the required category to go to the view page.
Go to the product section.
Select the checkbox to show old category members.
