View Decision Reason

View reasons for adding a product to the category.

This document outlines a step-by-step process to view decision reasons for products transition in categories in OMS:

1. Go to the Hamburger Menu > PIM > Categories.

2. Search and select the required category to open to the Category View page.

3. Go to the product section.

4. Search and select the product.

5. Click the Decision Reason function (the clock or history icon) to view detailed information of date wise product transitions into the category.
