Receive Returns
Allows the user to receive returns.
This document outlines the step-by-step process of receiving returns:
Video not available.
Go to the Returns page.
Search the return received by its unique identifier.
Select the return to view the Return Details page.
Search the item by external ID or HotWax internal shipment ID or by scanning the barcode.
Enter the quantity received manually, or click the ‘Receive all’ button to receive the whole quantity.
Click the checkmark to receive returns.
