Receive Incoming Shipments

Enables the user to receive incoming shipments.

This document covers the step-by-step process of receiving incoming shipments:

After receiving, the shipment is removed from the Shipments page.

  1. Go to the Shipments page.

  2. Search the shipment using tracking ID or shipment ID.

  3. Select a shipment to open the Shipment Details page.

  4. Use the scan or search function to find the product.

  5. Receive items: a. Click ‘Receive all’ to receive all the items at once. b. Manually enter the actual quantity received.

  6. Click the save function to finish the process.
