Store Pickup Order fulfillment

The orders to be picked up from the store by the customer will be available for store associate to handover.

This document outlines a step-by-step process for fulfilling store pickup order from the BOPIS application.

Step 1: Pick Order

Picking an order will notify customers with an automated mail that their order is ready for pickup.

1. Go to the Open Order Tab.

2. Search the Order.

3. Click the Ready for Pickup function.

Step 2: Handover Order

Orders marked as ready for pickup will appear in the Packed tab.

1. Go to the Packed Tab.

2. Search the Order.

3. Click the Handover function.

Step 3: View Completed Order

Orders which are handovered to customers will appear in the Completed tab.

1. Go to the Completed Tab.

2. Search the Order to view the completed order.
