Unpack Orders

Unpack orders to rectify any incorrect boxes or items.

This document outlines step by step guide to unpack orders from the Completed Tab:

Shipped orders can not be unpacked.

1. Go to the Completed page.​

2. ​Search for the desired order.

3. Click the Unpack function.

4. Confirm to unpack the order.

5. Go to the In-Progress page to find the order.
