This document outlines a step-by-step process to audit a product’s presell status on the product details page.
In case, the category is displaying ❕ icon, the user should check if the category computation.
Timeline details the date and time when the product was added to the pre-order category can be found in the product’s timeline.
Step 1: Verify Pre-order Eligibility
The eligibility defines the qualification of the product for the presell category. This eligibility is derived from the product’s future inventory and current inventory computation. To verify this information, users can view the Purchase Order and the Online ATP calculation card.
Step 2: Verify category
The category displays the product’s current presell category. The UI intuitively informs if the product is in correct category by displaying the ✅ icon.
Step 3: Verify Shopify Listing Status
The listing status defines if the product is listed on all associated Shopify stores, when listed accurately it will reflect ‘listed on all stores’. If the product is not listed, check the respective job is run to push listing data on Shopify.

Step 4: Verify Promise Date
Every product that is eligible for pre-order will have a promise date for the future. Promise date can also be verified from the active purchase order card.
