Update Inventory Count

The update count function provides an interface for store associates to input the physical inventory count of the selected product at their facility.

This document outlines a step-by-step process for updating the physical inventory count with the system's recorded count:

Step 1: Input Cycle Count

1. Search and select the product on the Search page.

2. Go to the count segment.

3. Enter the inventory count of the product.

4. Verify the location and save.

Step 2: Upload Count

1. Go to the Upload page.

2. All the updated stock products will be accessible.

3. Click the upload function to send the inventory count for review.

Incase, an inventory update for a product needs to be removed then click on remove function.
