Missing Products
Select the missing product in the CSV and update the product SKU to correct SKU.
This document outlines the step-by-step process of solving missing products. Follow these instructions to add or update the SKU:
If the user inputs the wrong product SKU then there will be an error message ‘This SKU is not available, please try again’.
If the user inputs the right product SKU then there will be a message ‘The SKU is successfully changed’ and the product will be sent from ‘Pending’ to ‘Completed’ tab.
Click on the Missing Products function.
Select the products in the Pending section one by one.
Enter the missing SKU name correctly.
Click on the Update function.
