Create a new picker
Create a new user for order picking at facilities
This document outlines a step-by-step process for creating a new picker.
Pickers can access the HotWax Commerce Picking application directly without the login credentials.
Go to Hamburger Menu in OMS > Relationship > Create employee.
Add following information:
First name
Last name
External ID
Email
Phone number
Click on Create function to open the View Employee page
Go to the Roles section and click on add function to open the Add role popover.
Select Warehouse picker role to assign user with the role.
Click add function.
Email and phone number are not required fields.
After the steps, the picker will be created successfully.
